1In brief
- This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services.
- It does not load anything from other providers: fonts, images and scripts come from the same server as the pages themselves.
- If you tap one of the ways to contact us in the enquiry or “WhatsApp” in the footer, our server counts this – without your IP address and without a cookie (section 7).
- Personal data is processed when you send us an enquiry, an email or a WhatsApp message – and, for technical reasons, when you visit the website (server log files).
- “Send via WhatsApp” in the enquiry and “WhatsApp” in the footer are simple links: WhatsApp only learns something when you tap one of them.
2Controller
The controller responsible for processing your data on this website is:
3When you visit the website
When you open a page, the server on which the website is hosted receives, for technical reasons, your IP address, the address requested and information about your browser and operating system. The web server records every request except the reports for the count (section 7) in log files: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, whether the request succeeded (status code), the amount of data transferred, the page you came from if your browser sends it (referrer), and the information about your browser and operating system.
The server’s firewall also records some of the new connections, with the IP address, date, time and technical details of the connection.
- Purpose
- Delivering the website, finding errors and fending off attacks.
- Legal basis
- GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is to provide the website securely and without errors.
- Storage period
- The server deletes the web server’s logs after no more than 15 days and the firewall’s entries after no more than five weeks.
- Recipients
- The operator of the data centre in which the website’s server is located: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (location Helsinki, Finland)
4When you send an enquiry
On the enquiry page, you put together your enquiry:
- the services you have chosen,
- the town or postcode where the job is, the description of your request and, if you wish, a preferred date,
- for Transport, the start and destination and, if you wish, what is to be transported,
- for Property care and Garden care, if you wish, whether you need help once or regularly,
- and, if you wish, your name.
Please only write in the description what is necessary for your enquiry. Providing these details is neither a legal nor a contractual requirement; without the town and your request, however, we cannot answer your enquiry. We receive your contact details via the route you choose: your phone number with the WhatsApp message, your email address with the email.
The website itself does not transmit these details; it only reports the services you have chosen to its own server for the count (section 7). With “Send via WhatsApp” you pass your details on to WhatsApp (section 6), with “Send by email” to your email program (section 5). The enquiry only reaches us when you send the message there.
- Purpose
- Answering your enquiry and making you an offer.
- Legal basis
- GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO – steps you request before a possible order. If your enquiry does not concern an order, GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; our legitimate interest is to answer your question.
- Storage period
- We delete enquiries that do not lead to an order as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with. If an order is placed, we keep the order and invoice documents for seven years, as required by § 132 Bundesabgabenordnung (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
- Recipients
- Depending on the route you choose, WhatsApp (section 6) or the provider of the email account (section 5).
5When you write to us
If you send us an email, we process your email address, the content of your message and anything you include in it or attach to it. The address is given in the legal notice and under “About us”.
- Purpose
- Answering your message and, if you wish, making you an offer.
- Legal basis
- GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your message concerns a possible order. Otherwise GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; our legitimate interest is to answer your message.
- Storage period
- Emails remain in the mailbox until they are deleted – in yours as well as in ours. For our mailbox, the storage period is the same as for enquiries via the website (section 4).
- Recipients
- The provider of the email account: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Gmail) It processes the messages under its own terms, not as our processor: Privacy policy of the provider (policies.google.com).
6When you write to us on WhatsApp
The “Send via WhatsApp” button in the enquiry and the “WhatsApp” link in the footer lead to WhatsApp’s wa.me address. The website does not load anything from WhatsApp for this: only when you tap one of them does your device open WhatsApp. The prepared text of the message is part of the address, so WhatsApp receives it as soon as the link is opened. The message only reaches us when you send it in WhatsApp.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number, the name from your WhatsApp profile, the content of your messages and anything you send, such as photos. Please only send what is necessary for your enquiry.
- Purpose
- Answering your message and, if you wish, making you an offer.
- Legal basis
- GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your message concerns a possible order. Otherwise GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; our legitimate interest is to answer your message.
- Storage period
- Your messages remain in the WhatsApp chat history until it is deleted – on your device as well as on ours. For our chat history, the storage period is the same as for enquiries via the website (section 4).
- Recipients
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes the messages under its own terms and its privacy policy: WhatsApp privacy policy (whatsapp.com).
- Transfers to countries outside the EU and the EEA
- For transfers to the USA, WhatsApp relies, according to its privacy policy, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. The Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 applies (as of 14 October 2026); a legal challenge against it is pending.
7Counting enquiry channels
If you tap “Send via WhatsApp”, “Send by email” or “Call” in the enquiry, your browser reports this to our server, as it does when you tap the “WhatsApp” link in the footer. Other links are not counted. This tells us how often enquiries are started via which route. It does not tell us whether a message or a call actually follows.
The report only contains which route it was, where on the website and which services you had chosen – never your name, town or postcode, your description or a phone number. The server stores it with the time in a separate count file, without the IP address, without information about your browser or device and without the page the report comes from; it does not include it in the log files from section 3.
For the count, the website does not store anything on your device and does not read any stored data from it – no cookie, no browser storage. We do not ask for consent under § 165 Abs. 3 Telekommunikationsgesetz 2021 (Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021) for this.
- Purpose
- Knowing how often enquiries are started via which route and for which services.
- Legal basis
- GDPR, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is to know how often enquiries are started via which route.
- Storage period
- The server starts a new count file every month; it keeps the current one and the 36 previous ones and deletes older ones.
- Recipients
- The operator of the data centre in which the website’s server is located (section 3).
8Storage in your browser
If you select services on the enquiry page, the page stores their short names (for example “transport”) in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) under “anfrage-leistungen”. This keeps your selection when you reload the page in the same tab or return to it. The website does not store any other details in your browser, in particular not your name or contact details.
The browser deletes the session storage when you close the tab or window. The storage only serves what you yourself have started on the page (§ 165 Abs. 3 Telekommunikationsgesetz 2021); we do not ask for consent for it.
9Recipients
Apart from Constantin-Service, your data is received by the operator of the data centre in which the website’s server is located (section 3), as well as by the provider of the email account (section 5) and WhatsApp Ireland Limited (section 6), which process it under their own terms.
- Transfers to countries outside the EU and the EEA
- Email account (section 5): According to its privacy policy, Google may process data on servers outside the EU and the EEA. Transfers to Google LLC in the USA are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; on 14 October 2026, Google LLC was listed there as an active participant. A legal challenge against the decision is pending (as of 14 October 2026). The website’s server is a cloud server of Hetzner Online GmbH (registered office in Germany) in the Helsinki data centre, Finland. According to Hetzner, data on cloud servers at this location is stored and processed in the EU; no transfer to countries outside the EU and the EEA is intended for the server.
